CATS IN THE 'HOOD...

I appear to have accidentally started yet another cat related feature on my walks around the 'hood. Well, there are a lot of cats and they often come and say hello to me - and my phone is usually in my hand or in my pocket and...excuses, excuses. Just put me in a straightjacket and send me to a home for cat freaks. I'd enjoy living there.

p.s. For people who don't like cats: Um, see my foot in that picture? APC sandals - nice aren't they? Yes, I shall talk of these things again, I promise.

  1. I love them! Especially the one on the right in the middle - he's on the prowl. Great photos x

  3. A home for cat freaks would suit me just fine too. I treasure my encounters with cats met on local amble, and I love when I come home and my neighbour's three ginger cats race up to greet me. I have a canister of cat biscuits tucked just inside the front door so I can reward them with a small handful before I head in to greet my own cats Omar, Olive and Mishi.

    Yes, I love cats. Terribly.

  5. Chloe - yes, he stretched at just the right moment!

    Andy - yes?!

Gracia - that's funny because the other day someone asked me if I carried cat biscuits in my pockets to feed the neighbourhood cats and I claimed to be "not that obsessed with cats" because I don't! My neighbour has treats for them and they all line up outside her house waiting for them!

Mia - Georgie is kissing my toe!

  7. Mia - haha, no I didn't think that! He definitely kisses, a bit of nuzzling but always with the danger he might suddenly decide it's fun to attack!

  8. hahaha! How did I stumble in here? Must be the siren call of the cat lady! My cat is named Lola too, btw, although, I usually refer to her as my hair-child or Naomi Campbell With Fur (lots of attitude on this one).

I think there needs to be a crazy cat lady club or something...we call all join in and wear hats and buttons and whatnot. I'll bring brownies. Sounds amazing!
