I'VE GOT THE OUTFIT...

...now all I need is for a mystery benefactor to buy me a ticket to somewhere hot and dry so I can wear it.

the tiny ruffles are darling. this is the kind of outfit i would wear sunbathing in my backyard. oh wait, i no longer live in southern california. oh dear...i guess i would need a mystery benefactor, too.
