Oh by way...off topic...but I just read recently (I got it at the library) "Deluxe--How Luxury Lost Its Luster" by Dana Thomas. An interesting read, it'll make you pause...

I have heard about the book but it's not easy to get here (you can buy it used on Amazon.co.uk and I'm a bit funny about used books, but strangely not about library books)
