Some published and unpublished Instagrams to tide
I so enjoyed seeing hibiscus, bougainvillea and oleander blooming profusely everywhere - plants which just die in our English climate. I would look at the hibiscus flowers early in the morning all closed up for the night and watch them open as the sun rose higher. Not a bad start to the day.
This reef seaweed was pretty - I thought Tommy would like it.
Warm, clear aquamarine sea I love you.
It's true what they say about Mexican Coca Cola - it's so tasty (no chemicals).
I was there.

Mexican Coca-Cola is good. Sometimes I get it at the grocery store, though it isn't as good as it is when you're on a beach.
Thankyou ! That was a lovely start to the day .... so much nicer than looking out of the window .
when will we see a mexi-cat?
by the way, re hibiscus etc, it's right the other way round here, when I watch my exquisite English roses blooms actually burnt by the scorching -ehm- MAY sun...

oh lovely pictures. I so much wanted to escape London winter and travel to a place like that...
where in Mexico did you go? thanks for the photos...they have given me the right start to this dreary morning too!
I didn't know that about Coke in Mexico- I want to try!
I am not jealous. I am not jealous AT ALL.

I do. I can feel the sun through your photos. Ah!
Mia - the mexi-cats were very elusive, so beautiful but sulking at quite a pace through the bushes tracking birds or drinking out of pools of fresh water. Lola has worn her sombrero continuously and fell asleep wearing it!
Anna - Quintana Roo/Yucatan - I want to go back immediately and see the rest of Mexico!
Rose - yes, it's a different recipe. I don't like Coke usually but it's yummy there.
Laetitia - you would LOVE it.
Tommy - funny that whenever I saw that seaweed I thought of you - in the nicest possible way!
Yes, my informant (spy) told me about Lola and her new sombrero!
xx
